Faculty & Staff Development

Project Resilience provides collaborative workshops and training for faculty and staff to support AAPI students better. The faculty and staff workshops integrate AANHPI diversities, mental care support, and post-graduation preparation while providing techniques to prioritize students’ wellness and mental health in an integrative and holistic way.

  • Workshops: Conducted information sessions on culturally responsive practices, aimed at enhancing understanding and support for AAPI students.
  • Development Programs: Focused on promoting inclusivity, mental health awareness, and wellness among faculty and staff.
  • Events: Included guest speakers, interactive activities, and discussions to address the diverse educational experiences of Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi student populations.

Our Spring '25 Faculty and Staff Events:

Project Resilience invites faculty and staff interested in learning about the history of Cambodia Town in Long Beach to our Spring Tour. It will be hosted on March 21st, 2025. Please see flyer below for more details and RSVP.
