Keynote Speaker
Sydney Kimball, Vice President Retail Americas, Shell
Sydney leads the Shell Retail fuels business in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, spanning more than 14,000 Shell gas stations and serving millions of customers every day. Sydney began her career with Shell in 1985. She has spent over 20 years focused on Retail and Downstream businesses. Throughout her tenure, she has held Global, European and Canada-based roles in Retail Sales and Operations, Marketing, IT, HR, and Strategy. Key recent roles include European Retail Strategy Manager, Global Marketing Manager for Premium Fuels, Global GM Convenience Retail and Lubricants, and most recently GM for Retail in Canada. Besides being a keen advocate for HSSE, Sydney has a strong focus on people development and is a champion for Diversity and Inclusiveness. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business from the University of Calgary.
