- Set a calendar reminder: Don’t miss the course evaluation deadline on 12/11! Add it to your calendar to ensure ample time is allocated.
- Allocate Time: Start early and set aside 10 minutes for submissions at the end of class - it's confidential!

Faculty Summary Reports
Once course evaluations close, summary reports are generated and emailed directly to instructors’ É«ÖÐÉ« inboxes 4-5 weeks after grade submission.

SPOT Dashboards
The dashboards accessible through the SPOT Reports tile on Single Sign-On visually represent course evaluation data. They are designed to facilitate comparisons and identify trends.

Frequently Asked Questions
An email notification will be sent out for courses selected by the department for evaluation.
Student access to SPOT ends at 11:59 pm on the course's last day of instruction. SPOT cannot be reopened once it closes.
The course may not have been selected for evaluation by the department or other administrative reasons. Please contact ATS-Survey@csulb.edu for more information.
Results will be available shortly after final grades are submitted.
