HRL Rentable Spaces

FOR INTERNAL 色中色 DEPTS/GROUPS ONLY

 

Other than The Pointe Conference Center, we can provide meeting spaces that is in our Residential Halls for internal 色中色 Departments/Groups only. These spaces are not available for 3rd party or external customers. 

See below for our spaces available for rent. Please contact us for availability and/or fill out our . 

*Please note, the spaces listed below share buildings with our student residents. Events/meetings involving distracting activities and loud music/sounds are not permitted. Other variables, such as Finals Week, may also play an impact on approving your inquiry.

PN Rooftop Terrace
Description:

Located on the 4th floor of Parkside North building. Should the space be rented, we will make arrangements to have the main lobby and elevators accessible during your reservation times and give you key tap access to the Rooftop Terrace and bathrooms. Keys can be picked up and dropped off from the Housing Office. It will not be a staffed event. 

No DJ or loud music permitted. 

Speakers and the Audio Control Room may be used and accessible for an additional cost.

Rates:

8-hr flat rate. No adjustments can be made to the 8-hr rate.

  • Rooftop with no furniture added or moved (as is) - $300
  • Rooftop with furniture rearrangement (but not removed), sound system, and add tables, chairs - $400

PN MPR
Description:

Located on the 1st floor of Parkside North building, adjacent to the courtyard. The Multi-Purpose Room has sliding doors for courtyard access. Should the space be rented, we will make arrangements to give access to the room and courtyard bathrooms. It will not be a staffed event. 

No DJ or loud music permitted. 

  • TV, speakers (touchpanel access for AV control panel)
  • 20 chairs
  • 12 tables
Rates:

8-hr flat rate. No adjustments can be made to the 8-hr rate.

  • Room only (as is) - $300
  • Room and outdoor courtyard area (as is) - $400

LC Classroom
Description:

Located on the 1st floor of Los Cerritos Residential Hall. Should the space be rented, we will make arrangements to have the main lobby and classroom accessible during your reservation times. Keys can be picked up and dropped off from the Housing Office. It will not be a staffed event.
