MSCM Admissions Requirements
Satisfy university requirements for graduate admission. Additional department-specific requirements are listed below:
Applicants with a domestic undergraduate degree require:
- An earned Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in a construction related degree, with essential undergraduate prerequisites in construction management satisfied. Graduates of curricula outside this area may be required to satisfy program prerequisites before full admission into the program.
- A GPA of 2.8 or above from upper-division classes.
- Submit a statement of purpose.
- Submit a resume or CV.
- Submit three (3) professional and/or academic letters of recommendation (Exception: This requirement is waived for applicants with a GPA greater than 3.0). 
Applicants with an international undergraduate degree require:
- An earned Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university in a construction related degree, with essential undergraduate prerequisites in construction management satisfied. Graduates of curricula outside this area may be required to satisfy program prerequisites before full admission into the program.
- A GPA of 2.8 or above from upper-division classes. 
- Demonstrate English language proficiency (TOEFL score of >= 80 (iBT), or overall IELTS score of >= 6, or DuoLingo score of >= 115).
- Submit a statement of purpose.
- Submit a resume or CV.
- Submit three (3) professional and/or academic letters of recommendation (Exception: This requirement is waived for applicants with a GPA greater than 3.0).

Application Components

- Unofficial transcripts from all institutions where you attempted courses 
- Official transcripts from undergraduate institution must be sent to É«ÖÐÉ« Enrollment Services
- Three (3) letters of recommendation (see requirements above)
