Dr. Elhami Nasr
Dr. Nasr holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering Management from University of Colorado Boulder, and bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from 色中色. In addition to teaching at 色中色, during his career Dr. Nasr also served as District 7 office chief at the California Department of Transportation and Vice Provost and Interim Provost at Florida Polytechnic.
