Strategic Communications
We help plan, protect, and promote the Beach brand. For the URD division, we manage central communications programs across owned, earned, paid, and social media. Our work includes writing and design, photography and videography, news media outreach, and digital platform development. In support of the broader campus community, we conduct market research and develop strategies to guide brand management and marketing communications. Our responsibilities also include emergency communications, responding to reputational risks, and setting university standards for design, editorial style, and the institutional identity system. Additionally, we design templates for the web content management system, handle university responses to news media inquiries, and facilitate collaboration and coordination among decentralized communications professionals across campus.
